Douce France can implement and modify product prices as needed. Please note that unless otherwise stated, all prices on www.doucefrance.ca are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are charged on online orders depending on the order size, the items ordered and other factors. For more on shipping and delivery, please refer to our FAQ.

PRODUCT

Whilst we strive to represent our product as accurately as possible online, some may differ in appearance upon arrival due to variances in luminosity and picture quality. Please note, this also applies to product sizes. At times, pictures may make specific products appear larger in photo than they are in person. For this reason, we recommend that customers refer to the product weight found on each product’s listing to get a sense of the size of the product accurately.  

Quality & allergens

We pride ourselves on offering customers premium products of high caliber. Our products are composed of high-quality ingredients that follow strict French and Canadian quality control guidelines. Additionally, our products are concocted under strict hygiene standards, ensuring they are made in clean and sanitized environments.

Douce France does not take any responsibilities once products have left our store. Thus, we recommend that customers follow our best-use guidelines, storing and consuming products adequately and within the recommended time frame.

Please note, some of our products may contain gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs. We stipulate allergens within our product descriptions if they are present, this can be viewed within a product’s listing description. That said, we recommend that customers connect with us at info@doucefrance.ca for allergen concerns on specific products prior to placing orders. Douce France Inc. does not take any responsibilities for allergies.  

information privacy

Douce France Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected via this site. Our customers can submit information on a voluntary basis, including their email or other contact details. The information collected by our company will never be sold, or rented to third parties.

Customers can choose to opt out of our newsletter updates or chose to delete their Douce France accounts via the “My Account” tab on our website, or alternatively, by submitting a request to us directly at info@doucefrance.ca  

security & payments

We take the security of our customers seriously. For this reason, we take care of personal information and protect access to them thoroughly. Our website is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant for payment processes, enabling for secure and encrypted payment transactions. As a customer, you can be sure that your payment data will be protected and that strong access control measures and regular network tests and monitoring are conducted to ensure the safety of your information.  

Cancellations & Returns

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept any return of food items at this time. Cancellation and modification of orders can be submitted under a very short time frame, please refer to our FAQ for more specific information on this topic.
