This decadent chocolate fondant made by our pastry chef in France is a unique recipe made with premium ingredients : free range eggs, pure butter, a touch a sugar, 20% cocoa, non enriched flour.
Slightly crispy on top, smooth inside. If you get a big size to make the pleasure last, it will keep extremely well on your counter, well covered with a cling paper and in a tin if you wish. Do not put it back in the fridge or else the premium pure butter it contains will make it harder.
Highly recommended by our talented customers: 10 seconds in the microwave and served with Grandes Distilleries Peureux Framboisines or Griottines. And... a touch of crème fraîche or whipped cream!! Oh la la! To die for! ... from where the inspiration came for this combination as Father's Day gift!
