We thought that a unique gourmet set in a suitcase will create such a big surprise that your giftee will remember it for years to come! They will just have to prepare a snail butter (the easy recipe is written on the tin of precooked snails coming with the shells) to stuff the shells and enjoy the Escargots de Bourgogne. The chesnut soup with maple syrup will then be perfect, we would suggest to add a piece of cheese to serve with it - we always have a nice selection in store. For dessert, Angelina's delicate chestnut cream(350g) will be a hit on toasts, crêpes, pancakes, added to yogurt or ice cream. Léonard Parli's worldwide renowned calissons(230g) and Michel Châtillon's granite (decadent smooth specialty from Brittany with white chocolate, walnut, hazelnut, almond, raisins, candied orange and praliné) will be highly appreciated with the drink of their choice. What a lovely dinner!
