A traditional baked reine-claude (greengage) plum tart on a pure butter crust with no added cream or almonds. To enjoy on its own, or with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream on the side. Warm it up for 10 minutes in your oven at 350°F and let cool down before serving. Serves 8-10 people.
