The Biscuiterie Jeanette, a Living Heritage Company, just celebrated its 170th anniversary! Located in Normandy, they use solely local ingredients - fresh eggs, fresh Isigny-Saint-Mère AOP butter, fresh lemon (for the Pure Butter & Lemon kind), and non-enriched flour. These madeleines are of the highest quality, resulting from their artisanal production processes!
