Decadent chocolate fondant made by our pastry chef in France. A unique recipe made with the premium ingredients : free range eggs, pure butter, a touch a sugar, 20% cocoa, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract, corn starch and rice flour.
Slighlty crispy on top, smooth inside. Keep it on your counter, well covered with a cling paper and in a tin if you wish. Do not put it back in the fridge or else the premium pure butter it contains will make it harder.
