Tomato Pulp with Basil

Preparation made from fresh tomatoes from Provence, selected, washed, trimmed, peeled, and seeded. These tomatoes are put in the form of small cubes, linked by a light mash. This preparation is flavored with a sprig of fresh basil, which gives it a very pleasant flavor. It is used as a base for any culinary preparation using tomato. Especially great for sauces, such as bolognese, Neapolitan pizza, and others. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
