Rice "Tuiles" with Basil Mustard
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
100g of rice
1 Pot of basil mustard
Salt and pepper for seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook the rice in salted water
- Mix it with your mustard to create a paste
- Spread it into whatever shape you would like and add toothpicks.
- Cook at 350°F for 5 minutes
