DO YOU DELIVER & SHIP?  

Yes, we do. We offer local deliveries (80kms radius) & ship Canada-Wide. 

HOW MUCH DO LOCAL DELIVERIES COST?

See our partner Trexity's rates for Toronto & GTA below:

 Standard
  0-5kms = $7
  5-10kms = $10
  10-20kms = $12
  20-30kms = $15
  30-50kms = $20

Extended  
30-50kms = $20+$1 per km for any deliveries over 50kms.

‘Peak Hour’ Fees
These fees will be applied to all deliveries during peak hours. 

 Window  0-30kms 30+kms
2-4 pm +25% +35%
4-6 pm +40% +60%


DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERIES?

Douce France covers 50% of the standard rates for any purchase over $75*.
Note that extended & Peak hour fees are NOT covered by Douce France. 

Douce France offers FREE standard delivery fees for any purchase over $150*.
Note that extended & Peak hour fees are NOT covered by Douce France in this case either.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your order & location.

We do provide free shipping for: 
$99*+ purchase in Ontario;
$125*+ purchase in Quebec & Manitoba;
$175*+ purchase in other Canadian Provinces.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY SHIPPING ORDER?  

Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days. A shipping confirmation email is automatically sent out to our customers once the parcel is on the way to its destination, with our carrier, Canada Post.  

IS THERE A WAY TO GET MY ORDER FASTER? 

Yes, indeed. Upon checking out, customers have the ability to choose between a variety of shipping services including Express and Priority delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated notification via email or SMS in which you will find your order tracking number. With this number, you will be able to track your order until it gets delivered to its destination.  

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?  

If you did not receive your order by the estimated delivery date, we recommend that you track your package using your tracking number to find out in which stage of the delivery process your order is. Under the tracking tool, you will be able to obtain up-to-date information regarding whether your parcel delivery has been rescheduled, or if your package has been held at a post office. CURBSIDE PICK-UP

WHERE DO I COLLECT MY ORDER? 

Our curbside pick-up service is only available at our boutique located at 820 Danforth Avenue, M4J 1L6, Toronto, ON.  

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR THE CURBSIDE PICK-UP SERVICE?

No, our curbside-pick up service is completely free of charge.

I CHOSE CURBSIDE PICK-UP AS MY DELIVERY OPTION, HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER? 

Curbside pick-up orders are typically ready for pick up within 24 hours (except on Sundays & Mondays). We recommend you to preorder Pastries & Viennoiseries 48 hours before to be sure they will be available. 

DO I GET NOTIFIED WHEN MY CURBSIDE PICK-UP ORDER IS READY? 

Yes, you do. You will receive a confirmation via email letting you know that your pick-up order is ready.  

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO COME PICK UP MY ORDER? 

We keep pick-up orders on hold for 5 business days after your Curbside Pick-up confirmation email has been sent out for curbside pickup orders that DO NOT include Pastries & Viennoiseries. All curbside pickup orders of Pastries & Viennoiseries MUST be picked up on the date disclosed in your curbside pickup confirmation email.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WHEN I PICK UP MY ORDER? 

Please ensure that you have your confirmation email handy and be ready to disclose your Order Number.  

WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR CURBSIDE PICK-UP? 

Tuesdays to Fridays 9:30AM to 6:00PM and Saturdays 9:30AM to 5PM. Closed on Sundays & Mondays.

We are open 7 days a week with extended hours for occasions like Easter, The Holiday Season & Valentine's Day. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY? 

As we sell food items, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. If you experience any concerns with the quality or freshness of our products, we ask that you get in touch with us immediately via email at info@doucefrance.ca , making sure to include your order number and the name of the item(s) in question. Product quality and freshness are our top priority and we will ensure to have your issue resolved promptly! Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges of online orders in-store.
