Raspberry sablés are made with Fossier's signature pink biscuit dough, the famous biscuit rose de Reims whose recipe dates back to 1756.

Note that Fossier's sablés are packed by three in the box. They will keep extremely well as long as they are stored in a dark, dry place. Preferably in a tin or in a sealed glass container.
