Lemon curd & mascarpone mousse verrine
Crumble our Maison Bremond 1830's organic navettes and place them at the bottom of the glass verrines. Add a generous layer of lemon curd. Prepare a mousse with mascarpone and 30% liquid cream with a mixer. Fill up the verrines with this mousse and add a leaf of mint to decorate. Enjoy anytime of the day!
