Court-bouillon-cooked mackerel fillets (Scomber scombrus) 56% (fresh mackerel fillets, salt, spices and herbs), water, Dijon and old-fashioned mustards 10% (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), rapeseed oil, white wine and spirit vinegars, white wine, rice flour, salt, dehydrated garlic, manioc starch, thickeners : xanthan gum and guar gum, pepper, turmeric, hot pepper. Contains sulfites. May contain traces of: Milk.
