How to enjoy

Set out a few portions of cheeses that go well with truffles (Camembert, Brillat-Savarin, Comté, Crottin de Chavignol and the like), then add a little truffle carpaccio on the side of the plate, with a teaspoon of flavoured acacia honey. Garnish with a leaf of lamb’s lettuce and serve with a still-warm traditional baguette.

The truffle carpaccio and flavoured acacia honey will go wonderfully with cheeses such as Camembert, Brie or Comté. As for the salsa, it will add the perfect finishing touch, or simply enjoy on a lovely slice of bread.
