So tasty and fresh! Four to five sardines are carefully trimmed in their case before being served with a variety of seaweed and whole capers. Marine plants blend perfectly well with the flavor of the flowery condiment and offer a tasty alliance with multiple benefits. Seaweed is rich in vitamins and iodine and has many antioxidant properties. Capers have beneficial properties on our cardiovascular system.
