Our two spreads – carrot and tomato, and chickpea – are both flavoured with summer truffle and are perfect simply served on toasts or a slice of farmhouse bread.
Carrot and tomato spread with summer truffles: carrots 50%, tomatoes 21% (semi-dried tomatoes 70%, tomato concentrate), rapeseed oil, summer truffles (Tuber aestivum) 5%, concentrated lemon juice, natural aroma, salt, caraway, garlic, oregano, sugar, harissa-flavoured spices.
