For 6 generations in Chambéry, France, Alpina Savoie has been making their pastas in traditional bronze mills and drying them slowly, and at a low temperature, to preserve all of the great taste of the wheat. This pasta is made from 100% French wheat, in an equitable and responsible process. Unlike in Canada, the flour in France is non-enriched, which is perfect for those with gluten sensitivity - please note, it is not gluten free.
