Faithful to tradition, Maison Fossier has chosen to highlight the real macaroon recipe, with a crunchy and light texture. These raspberry crunchy macaroons are just as comfortable on the edge of a coffee cup as they are on cake decor. Both the almond and raspberry versions are also made with Biscuit Rose powder!
