Why are our pure butter palets bretons different? Because they are NOT industrialized products, that's why they are soy-free. They are made by our pastry chef in Brittany with premium locally sourced ingredients, non-enriched flour and pure butter.
Note that the ones with salted caramel also contain crème fraîche. Yummy!
We bake and pack them on premises, in small quantities at a time. Because they are 100% natural with no additive or preservative, they are sensitive to humidity.
