PASSIONATE & ACCLAIMED ARTISANS
Our jams are made by Favols, in France. Favols has been collecting rewards for many years including the ‘Best Jam in the World’ at the Fancy Food Show in New York in 1982 and the ‘Best French Specialty’ at the Great Taste Awards organized by Fine Food Magazine in 2005. Its ingredients are carefully selected for their freshness, ripeness, and taste. Favols guarantees rigorous quality control. All preparations are cooked under vacuum at low temperature so as to preserve the fruit and vegetable organoleptic characteristics, texture, taste, and flavors. We invite you to try its no-sugar-added jams as well as its exquisite chutneys to pair with your favorite choice of cheese!
Our Master Chocolatier Voisin, a Living Heritage Company dating back to 1897, keeps innovating with new recipes. Their palm oil free chocolate spreads are just amazing!
L'Ambr'1 was recognized as a ‘Collège Culinaire de France’ for its engagement and its values which promote French gastronomy! It was selected to represent Brittany at the Made in France exhibition in Paris in November 2023.
Lambr'1' caramel spreads complement your crêpes, pancakes, toasts or ice-creams perfectly! Made with 100% sea-salt, Lambr'1 caramel bonbons are also exquisite - check out our Sweets collection to learn more.
Our partner Emmanuelle Baillard works exclusively with the new harvest of the fruit grown in the best parts of France, which makes a huge difference for the taste, flavour and even the texture. A minimum of sugar is added to balance the acidity of the fruit. Her coulis and jelly-jams are just delighful!
We also started working with Maison Bremond 1830 which is highly reputed for their selection of spreads notably, one better than another!
Corsiglia is the reference in Provence for chestnut spread. They supply many pastry-chefs and chefs in France. Their sugar-free chestnut purée is perfect for the preparation of specialties like Christmas logs. You may also prefer Angelina's chestnut spreads, which are also very yummy! By the way, its Gianduja spread is a must for all chocoholics!
