We're very sorry to hear that you haven't been delivered yet.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our side to accelerate the process once we have given your order to Canada Post for shipping.
We tried to reach out the US customs many times but in vain.
As you can see by yourself, your order is in transit. It is just a question of time. We're positive, you're going to get it shortly. So far, all our orders to the US have been delivered without any issues.
