Maison Fossier, which has been established in Reims since 1756 is the oldest biscuit factory in France. Its famous Biscuit Rose de Reims has made its reputation and is now a staple in the kitchens and tea rooms!

Since then, Maison Fossier has been perpetuating its heritage with traditional recipes but has also been constantly innovating with new creations to surprise its clientèle.

Note that Fossier's biscuits are packed by two in the box. They will keep extremely well as long as they are stored in a dark, dry place. Preferably in a tin or in a sealed glass container.
