Definitely a delicious dessert to share! This pure butter tart with mirabelle from Lorraine is made with non-enriched flour, free range eggs and a touch of light cream that makes the difference. Once baked, it is delicately coated with apricot. 

Preheat the oven at 350 F, heat it up for 8 - 10 minutes and let it cool down before enjoying with a cup of tea or coffee, or any drink of your choice.
