A symbol of Lyon's gastronomy, and reinvented by Voisin, the Quenelles of Lyon form a duet of pralines, the first one smooth, made with pure Piedmont hazelnuts, the other crunchy, pure Valencia almonds, with a thin white chocolate coating.
Invented by Voisin, our master chocolatier in Lyon, the capital of French gastronomy, all of their specialties are registered with the inventory of the "National Heritage of French Specialties".
