Albacore tuna 60% (salt, water), crème fraîche, lime juice 7%, grated dried coconut 3%, mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, sea salt, cane sugar, spices), chives, rice flour, ground ginger 0.5g, salt, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, pepper.
