So tasty and fresh! Four to five sardines are carefully trimmed in their case before being served with a variety of seaweed and whole capers. Marine plants blend perfectly well with the flavor of the flowery condiment and offer a tasty alliance with multiple benefits. Seaweed is rich in vitamins and iodine and has many antioxidant properties. Capers have beneficial properties on our cardiovascular system. 

So many good reasons to let yourself be tempted by this new creation combined, as usual, with extra virgin olive oil with exquisite floral notes!
