Noel Tea (Christmas Tea):
Flavored Black Tea - The authentic Christmas tea! Trademark registered by Compagnie & Co. , the latter is a real standard in the world of French teas.
Composition of Christmas tea:
Created in the 80s, the very first Christmas Tea was born in our workshops on the basis of the Christmas Pudding recipe, a flavor associated with the end of year celebrations. This gourmet tea, powerful in taste, where all the ingredients go together wonderfully, make Christmas Tea® a must-have so characteristic of our Christmas collection. Let yourself be transported by the delicate and balanced flavors of this Chinese black tea with subtle aromas of cherry and almond sprinkled with blueberry petals. These tasty aromas still rock our family moments today. An essential Christmas drink, this tea benefits from the characteristic process of steam aromatization, unique know-how of Compagnie & Co. This process has the advantage of freezing the aromas on the tea leaves and flavoring them so that they reveal true flavors both in the nose and in the cup. Roobois Hiver Austral Tea:
Hiver Austral completed the Christmas Collection in 2018. Originally from Austral Africa, this rooïbos is flavoured with red fruit and mandarin.

This name comes from the English "red bush" transformed into "Rooïbos" in South Africa (production region). It therefore does not belong to the tea family and comes in the form of fine needles. Without theine, it is consumed hot or cold and is becoming popular with an increasingly large audience. Rooibos stands out in particular with a different flavor, more herbaceous than tea.
Rooibos is also called red tea (wrongly) because its infusion gives a red liquor. In reality, Rooibos is a plant that belongs to the broom family. Traditionally, Rooibos is created by fermenting the leaves, which take on a red-brown color. There are some varieties that have a greenish appearance, those leaves have not been fermented.
Thé des Neiges Green & White Tea:
Thé des Neiges is a delicate exclusive blend of PAI MU TAN white tea and green teas with fruity and gourmet aromas of baked apple and red fruits, sprinkled with white petals that recall the beauty of snow-capped peaks.
