Small Spelt

Tomato:  These preserves are prepared from small spelled from Mont Ventoux washed, soaked then cooked as naturally as possible, with water. It is garnished with a tomato-based sauce from Provence. Just reheat before serving. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.

Pistou: These preserves are prepared from small spelled from Mont Ventoux washed, soaked then cooked as naturally as possible, with water. It is garnished with olive oil, basil, and garlic.

Olives: These preserves are prepared from small spelled from Mont Ventoux washed, soaked then cooked as naturally as possible, with water. It is garnished with olive oil and pieces of Nyons olives. The grains are whole, some bursting when cooked.
