Fruits poêlés

INGREDIENTS: 
8 biscuits roses Fossier 
3 tablespoons of flour 
2 eggs 
3 ripe pears
1 firm banana
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
20g of butter
1 lemon juice 
   
DIRECTIONS: 
Reduce biscuits roses to a fine powder
Put the flour in a soup plate
Put the beaten eggs in a second one and the biscuit powder in a third one 
Peel the fruits
Cut the pears into quarters and the banana into half-lengths
Heat up the vegetable oil and butter in a frying pan
Toss the fruits in the flour, then in the beaten eggs & finally in the biscuit powder
Place them into the frying pan and cook each side over medium heat
Serve the fruits with the lemon juice
