20 min preparation - 40 min cooking
260 g Favols peach and orange blossom jam*
200 g pure butter biscuits (palets bretons)*
80 g coconut oil
1 kg de cottage/cream cheese
150 g cane sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
Preheat the oven 180°C
Mix the biscuits with coconut oil
Put a sheet of baking parchment on a baking tray (about 22 cm diameter), then put a baking circle on top. Spread the mixture of biscuits & coconut oil evenly and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Prepare the cream in the meantime. Mix the cottage cheese with cane sugar, eggs and vanilla powder.
Pour this mixture on the biscuit in the baking circle and put it again in the oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cook down and put it in the fridge for one night before enjoying it topped with Favols peach and orange blossom jam.
