Pancakes with Cassis Peureux®
INGREDIENTS:
250g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla sugar
75g of sugar
75g of melted butter
2 eggs
400ml of milk
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the flour. yeast, and sugars. Add in the eggs, the milk, and the butter. Mix and let it rest for 30 minuts at room temperature.
In a buttered blini pan, add a ladle of the mixture, cook on heat, and sprikle a teaspoon of the Cassis Peureux® once you start to see bubbles in the mixture.
Flip your pancake and cook for another minute.
Serve with maple or agave syrup and enjoy!
