Pudding de biscuits roses

Preparation time: 10 minutes - Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves 4

INGREDIENTS:
10 Fossier pink biscuits from Reims
600ml of milk
30g of granulated sugar
2 eggs

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Arrange the pink biscuits in an ovenproof dish.
Boil the milk in a pan.
In a bowl, briefly whisk the eggs with the sugar, then pour in the boiled milk.
Mix well.
Pour the mixture over the pink biscuits.
Cover with aluminum foil before placing in the oven.
Let it cook for 30 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
