It is important for us not to waste any food. We donate perishables to charities like Good Shepperd Mission on Queen Street East to help those in need.
We have also noticed that some of our customers appreciate having the possibility to purchase our ends of stock at better prices. As you probably know, the best before date is here to guide you. It does not mean that the products cannot be consumed after especially when they are canned, preserved, pasteurized, vacuum-packed; even more so when they are artisanal products.
Just make sure to store them properly and not to leave them in the open air so that they will keep longer. As any other food, once opened, consume quickly.
