- Maison Bremond 1830's picholine will be a good addition bringing a touch of Provence to the table. Well-known in Provence, the Picholine is a small typical olive used to make oil for aperitif. Its elongated shape, its firm flesh and the quality of its taste make its reputation. A beautiful intensity with a raw artichoke fruitiness. It can also be served with asparagus, or in salad dressings.
