Developed and prepared in Provence, Maison Brémond's garlic cream is a subtly balanced sauce made with more than 50% fresh garlic, which has been finely chopped to obtain a creamy texture. This garlic cream is a pure concentrate of Provence which will sublimate your dishes with its garlicky taste typical of the Giono region.
Ideal on white fish (sea bream, cod), as an aperitif with small vegetables, or to brush on meats before cooking for a tasty result.
