Oil-Free Sardine Fillets with Thyme and Fresh Lemon

With these tinned sardine fillets, preserved without any oil, you will be able to add them to many delicious recipes, like summer salads. To make the most of them, La Perle des Dieux recommends to put the tin in the fridge one hour before serving.
