To better enjoy it: preheat the oven 350°F and have the tartlet in the oven for about 10 minutes to caramelize. Leave it in its mould so that after letting it cool down for 10 minutes or so, you just have to flip it over and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you wish!
