Why are our pure butter palmiers different? Because they are NOT industrialized products, that's why they are soy-free. They are made by our pastry chef in Brittany with premium locally sourced ingredients, non-enriched flour and pure butter. And also made with natural leaven.
We bake and pack them on premises, in small quantities at a time. Because they are 100% natural with no additive or preservative, they are sensitive to humidity.
We sell them by weight, typically a bag contains 14 palmiers.
