This duck breast has been smoked with beech wood and sliced, ready to serve with charcuterie board or hors d'oeuvres. 

You can also grill pain de campagne on both sides. Place thin slices of roquefort on the toasted bread and top it with the sliced smocked duck breast. Finish with a few sprigs of parsley. Just delicious!
