What a great idea to celebrate the Holidays with treasures from the ocean! Tantalize your guests' taste buds with two of La Perle des Dieux's amazing fish soups: the finely spicy one (470g) and the lobster bisque with cognac. Then, you will be ready to savour its vintage sardines - isn't that a nice tin? - and sardines with thyme and fresh lemon on fresh baguette with butter. (We have some butter available in store and possibly some baguettes too). As for its fish rillettes: the marriage of Jacques Pecten Maximus' scallop refined taste with the smoothness of Noirmoutier fleur de sel is just divine! A noble harmony of marine flagrance which sublime the hazelnut notes of the delicate shellfish. La Perle des Dieux also successfully managed to find the perfect balance of flavours between the tender white tuna and Kâmpôt unique sweet pepper. A Cambodian pepper that reveals smoky, sweet, slightly spicy notes and delicately spices up the white tuna. Both rillettes can be served on toasts, with avocado, as garnish if you want to prepare a quiche and even to stuff our pure butter croissants.
