Kalamansi is a citrus fruit from the Philippines, a hybrid of kumquat and mandarin.
Its flavor, reminiscent of mandarin and grapefruit, can be used as a substitute for lemon juice in your recipes, to brighten up salads, season fish or to add a fragrant touch to desserts.

Thé mango vinegar was delicious on sautéed red kale and onions. Have also used it on salads and it would work well with a lentil salad. Surprising new taste for me.
