
Egg casserole in a bread nest, garlic pulp
Ingredients
4 teaspoons of garlic pulp
4 individual breads
4 eggs
8 tablespoons of liquid cream
4 teaspoons of chive
salt, pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven up to 200°C.
Remove the cap from each bun.
Mix the liquid cream & the garlic pulp, garnish the inside of each bread with this mixture.
Crack an egg into each loaf without breaking the yolk.
Add a little bit more cream with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes and sprinkle with chopped chives.
