The Living Heritage Company Biscuiterie Jeannette 1850 just celebrated its 170th anniversary! Located in Normandy, it uses solely locally sourced ingredients: Norman fresh free-range eggs, fresh Isigny-Saint-Mère PDO butter, and non-enriched flour that give them that unbeatable taste and smoothness.
Its madeleines are of the highest quality, resulting from its artisanal production processes! A limited production to ensure the quality.
A tip for you shared by some customers to enjoy them anytime! You can freeze some as soon as we receive a new batch. They are said to be perfect taste and texture when defrosted.
