Langres is a French cheese from the Champagne-Ardenne region, enjoying an AOC since 1991 and an AOP since 2009. It originates from the Langres plateau. HOW TO ENJOY: Perfect on a cheeseboard, it pairs well with a burgundy red wine, but excels with Champagne.
