Developed and prepared in Provence, Maison Brémond1830's garlic cream is a subtly balanced sauce made with more than 50% fresh garlic, which has been finely chopped to obtain a creamy texture. This garlic cream is a pure concentrate from Provence which will sublimate your dishes with its garlic taste typical of the Provençal Giono region.
Ideal on white fish (sea bream, cod), or to brush on meat before cooking. You can also serve it chilled as a dipping sauce with vegetables for an aperitif.
