Hey Daddy, are you ready for a truly French aperitif? Let's whet your appetite with Pressoir de Provence's gaspacho made with cucumber and tomatoes gorged with the sun of Provence, and some pure butter biscuits with goat cheese from the Pyrenees on the side.
