The Biscuiterie Jeanette, a Living Heritage Company, just celebrated its 170th anniversary! Located in Normandy, they use solely local ingredients - fresh free-range eggs, fresh Isigny-Saint-Mère AOP butter, and non-enriched flour. These madeleines are of the highest quality, resulting from their artisanal production processes!

A tip for you shared by some customers to enjoy them anytime! You can freeze some as soon as we receive a new batch. They are said to be perfect taste and texture when defrosted then. Give it a try!
