CDHV's Sugar-Free Candies

La Confiserie des Hautes Vosges located in the Vosges in the North East of France create their candies over a naked flame in a copper cauldron, preserving the artisanal recipes "Images d'Epinal" of the confiserie that they have been using since 1952!

They are made with premium French ingredients, with a focus on quality and proximity: the sugar bits come from Erstein, the glucose corn syrup from Alsace, with essential oils and natural aromas used for flavour.

From cooking to flavouring to moulding to wrapping, everything is done with immense care on their premises!

To meet their customers' expectations, they had been working for years to produce some candies with no sugar and they eventually ended up making some according to tradition using trehalose as a source of glucose.

  Orange-Lemon: sweetener (isomalt), acidifier (citric acid), concentrated carrot juice, extract of radish, natural aromas, concentrated of safflower, sweetener (steviol glycosides)

  Green Apple: sweetener (isomalt), acidifier (citric acid & malic acid), extract of spirulina, trehalose*, natural aromas, concentrated of safflower, sweetener (steviol glycosides)
  *trehalose is a source of glucose

  Elderweiss Flower-Cherry: sweetener (isomalt), acidifier (citric acid), concentrated carrot juice, extract of radish, natural aromas, sweetener (steviol glycosides)

  Wild Strawberry - Blackberry: sweetener (isomalt), acidifier (citric acid), concentrated carrot juice, extract of radish, natural aromas, sweetener (steviol glycosides)

  Icy Mint: sweetener (isomalt), natural aromas of mint, sweetener (steviol glycosides)
