Take advantage of the 10% discount on our last biscuits roses that will keep extremely well in a tin or in a sealed glass container. Best before was January 2023.
Note that we are currently under construction to increase our capacity of storage and that we will have to close the store at some point for renovation. Thus, items like the Fossier biscuits roses will be restocked later in September.
The original recipe!
A delicate mixture of eggs, sugar, and flour, the dough scented with vanilla (natural vanilla flavor) and lightly tinted with a natural carmine color is baked twice. The cookie is sprinkled with icing sugar before baking.
It is the originality of this recipe, unchanged for more than 300 years, which gives the Biscuit Rose the particularity of not disintegrating when it is soaked in a glass of red wine or in a champagne flute.
Praised as much by great chefs as by lovers of creative cuisine, the Pink Biscuit can be enjoyed as well alone or accompanied, as an ingredient, or as a decoration for charlottes and other cakes.
Please note: The icing sugar might slightly come off the top of the Biscuit Roses during shipment.
